Job Description / Responsibility

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Masters in Accounting / MBA/ MBS
Preference will be given to candidate from Professional Course (Partially Passed/ CACC).

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Age 25 to 45 years
Experience
At least 5 years (Preferably in any EdTech & Service Industries)
Additional Requirements
Able to manage Daily transection, Expenses and Maintain Books of accounts.
Have ability to Process payroll and financial reconciliations.
Capable in office administration & Maintain HR records properly
Have Skills in managing funds, VAT, Tax and relevant regulatory compliance.
Required skills on budget preparation, financial management & Reporting.
Support employee engagement, recruitment, and development programs.
Have management capacity of company assets
Knowledge on procurement & payment procedures.
Computer skills on MS word, Excel, Power point and Accounting Software.
Able to Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development, talent management and operational efficiency in administrative functions and well compilation of Documents.
Educational requirement may be relaxed for highly experienced person.
