Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise the operation of Finance & Accounts functionalities of the Group.
Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation, and prepare report for the management.
Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for the timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc.
Liaison with various Government offices, Banks, Insurance companies, and other related offices.
Handle other work assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom)
CA- CC is Required

Experience Requirements

15 to 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

The candidate should have experience in any Manufacturing industry as DGM/GM, Finance & Accounts for at least 03 years.
Advanced skills in written & communication in English.
Must know Bangladesh Tax and VAT regulations
Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
