Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for dynamic and experienced candidates as Senior Officer / Officer in the Internal Audit Department for different Factories in different locations.
Job Location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar / Kapasia, Gazipur / Salna, Gazipur / Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Check and verify RM Reconciliation and Post-Consumption.
Check and verify order closing and production, and reprocess.
Check and verify MMR and machine capacity utilization.
Short and delayed shipment route causes checking.
Non-production time and DHU checking.
Inventory and waste controlling.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting / Finance.
MBA / Master / CA(CC) will be preferred.
Academic background may be relaxed for a highly experienced candidate.
Skills Required: ERP, Microsoft Excel, Tally.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
Well conversant with IT equipment.
