Job Description / Responsibility

Manage daily purchases and sales accounting accurately.
Prepare and process bills and ensure timely vendor and supplier payments.
Handle all banking activities and transactions.
Monitor daily cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual income and expense reports.
Manage staff salaries and bonuses.
Prepare monthly and annual budgets.
Conduct cost control and cost analysis, especially for raw materials and supplies.
Handle tax and VAT documentation, compliance, and filing.
Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
Maintain complete and organized financial records ready for audits.
Analyze financial risks and report accordingly.
Oversee stock and inventory valuation.
Enter and verify data in systems and maintain accurate store inventory records.
Prepare management financial reports as needed.
Develop and implement new financial policies and processes.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 4 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 22 years
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience with financial management software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
