Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statements along with budget and budget variance and submit to the Management on time;
Ensure all the ledger reconciliation of the books of accounts;
Follow up the preparation of the budget and maintenance of the budgetary control process;
Ensure satisfactory reporting to budget holders and compliance with financial regulations;
Ensure dynamic financial reporting;
Ensure Tax Planning and maintenance of effective TAX cycle;
Maintain presentation of correct interpretation of Financial Statements;
Maintain on-time deposit of treasury challan for Tax management;
Ensure preparation of different types of statements such as cash flow, fund flow, expenses, etc., on a daily basis;
Follow up salary & OT disbursement and other payments;
Check IOU & advance of employees & parties;
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Academic Qualification: MBA in Finance/Accounting from a reputed University.
Professional Qualification : CA (CC) is a must from any reputed CA firm·

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 32 years
The incumbent should have at least 4 years of working experience in the Garments, Garments Accessories, Buying House and Textile Industry.
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations, IAS/IFRS, TAX, and VAT matters.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships working as a team.
Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
Time-management abilities, strong presentation and delivery skills.
Should be a good leader and team player.
