Job Description / Responsibility
- Analyze financial data, cost breakdown for monitoring, establish professional relationship.
- Ensure proper controls are in place and monitor compliance with the Accounting Procedures, Company Policies and Financial reporting process.
- Highly developed analytical skills with ability to review complex data and make appropriate decisions with high degree of accuracy.
- Possess a high level of initiative, confidentiality, and integrityUnderstanding of legal and tax interrelationships with business strategies.
- Prepare and review a robust cash flow projection.Work with bankers and financial institutions closely.
- Develop an excellent cash management process so as to effectively utilize the cash.
- Corporate Governance & Regulatory affairs.Maintain cash book, subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day-to-day expenditures and closing cash books on a daily basis.
- Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly financial Statements i.e., Balance sheet, P & L, Cash flow statements etc.
- Preparing and posting all kinds of vouchers, Journal, Journal adjustments, general ledger different registers related to finance & accounts are maintained up to date.
- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of team members.
- Responsible for capital management, budgeting and implementation of budgetary control over the finance of the company.
- Maintain close liaison with all Banks and Financial Institutions relevant to company business.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and customers regarding all financial transactions.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budget.Coordinate with internal and external audits of financial records and implement audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
- Prepare monthly payroll and labor payment sheet;Ensure VDS, TDS, VAT returns, and Tax returns in a timely as per rules & regulations.
- Ensure all necessary tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including.Any other tasks as instructed by the higher authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Packaging Industry
