Job Description / Responsibility

Job Description:
Store Plays a vital role in managing the inventory and ensuring that all necessary products and supplies are available for the smooth operation. Their primary responsibility is to receive, store, and distribute products. Keeping an accurate record of stock levels is crucial to prevent shortages or overstocking. This involves regularly checking inventory, updating records, and notifying management about items that need to be reordered.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update stock records.
Ensure products are always available and prevent overstocking or shortages.
Stock Receiving & Distribution:
Receive products, salon supplies, and other materials.
Verify product quality and quantity against invoices.
Organize and store items systematically.
Supplier & Purchase Coordination:
Report low stock levels and prepare purchase requests.
Store Maintenance & Organization:
Keep the store clean and well-organized for easy access.
Label and categorize items properly.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain daily stock-in and stock-out logs.
Generate inventory reports for management.
Product Quality & Expiry Monitoring:
Regularly check expiry dates of beauty products.
Ensure damaged or expired products are reported and removed.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 40 years
Prior experience in front office management or cash handling.
Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
Working Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.
