Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
Implement operational policies and manage standard procedures.
Coordinate with medical, lab, and support staff to streamline workflows.
Monitor supply chains and inventory.
Solve operational issues and enhance service quality.
Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members.
Set clear performance goals and track progress toward achieving them.
Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts.
Monitor key financial metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and sales costs.
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
Lead and motivate the team of professionals, including sales managers, marketing staff, and logistics personnel.

Educational Requirements

Master's in Supply Chain or Business relevant field

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Experience: Extensive experience in a Diagnostic Center or Hospital, including experience in sales, marketing, logistics, and financial management.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, people management, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as ERP systems and export documentation software.
Knowledge of: International trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics practices.
