Job Description / Responsibility

Make enterprise resource planning;
Performing the purchase functions and its methodology in time to time;
Monitor and develop existing supply chain process; Maintain keep liaison with local supplier;
To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality materials with competitive price;
To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame;
Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production;
Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs;
Manage and control all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of materials for production;
Foster close working relationships with associated departments i.e. Sales & Marketing, Factory etc.;
Coordinate, supervise and evaluate all procurement activities consulting with the Management;
To carry out any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
