Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Description:
  • Zomazo is seeking a Marketing Expert who will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and management of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in digital marketing, brand management, content creation, social media marketing, and data analytics. This role requires a creative, results-driven individual who can handle the full spectrum of marketing activities to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage customers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and support sales across all digital channels.
  • Identify key audience segments and create tailored messaging that resonates with different customer personas.
  • Digital Marketing Management:
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the brand’s presence on key social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Create engaging content, run ads, and analyze performance.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to drive organic traffic. Manage Google Ads and social media ads to boost visibility and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to engage with customers, increase retention, and drive conversions. Implement automation workflows for better customer segmentation.
  • Content Marketing: Develop a content strategy that includes blogs, videos, and other materials to provide value to our audience while promoting our products and services.
  • Branding & Positioning:
  • Oversee and manage Zomazo’s brand identity, ensuring it is consistently reflected in all marketing materials.
  • Define the tone, voice, and style for all communications to resonate with our target customers.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and analyze online campaigns to increase product awareness, customer loyalty, and sales. This includes promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance, ensuring high ROI on marketing spend.
  • Market Research & Insights:
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitors. Use this data to adjust and improve marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback, social media sentiment, and industry trends to refine product offerings and marketing tactics.
  • Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to extend brand reach and credibility.
  • Manage influencer relationships, campaign outreach, and performance tracking.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and referral marketing strategies to increase repeat purchases and brand advocacy.
  • Ensure consistent communication with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives. Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and improve future strategies.

Educational Requirements
  • Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • E-commerce

  • Age 25 to 35 years

  • Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing with experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Creative Thinking: Excellent creativity and innovation in creating engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Experience in managing and building a brand’s voice and presence across all marketing touchpoints
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, and other marketing tools.
