Job Description / Responsibility
  • Establish the company’s brand image & make it sustainable in the real estate
  • market in Bangladesh
  • Contacting potential and existing customers by field visit and online search
  • Market analysis for sales, pricing, and new product acquisition.
  • Maintain liaison with the clients & follow up on regular basis
  • Prepare daily & monthly sales report & provide feedback to Superior on regular basis
  • Maintain good relationship with clients
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements
  • · Think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and adopt a management mindset.
