Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Demonstrate sound product knowledge to support customers effectively.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing outlet environment.
Record daily sales activities and maintain logs.
Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
Assist in managing team conduct and follow disciplinary procedures as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Call Center, Chain shop, Shopping mall, Shop/Showroom
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 30 years
Pleasant, energetic, and customer-focused attitude·
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Strong problem solving skill.
Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference.
