Job Description / Responsibility

Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions Need to be fluent in English.
Other works assigned by the management.
Attending office meetings for grooming.
