Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead the design process from concept to construction documents.
  • Develop and manage architectural plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
  • Conduct team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Create innovative designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Review designs to ensure quality and code compliance.
  • Oversee construction documents and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
  • Resolve design-related issues and client concerns.
  • Manage project budgets and negotiate with consultants and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning laws.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and prepare reports for senior management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
