Key Responsibilities:
Develop 2D and 3D design plans, including working drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications.
Create inspiring concept designs, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
Manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas.
Stay goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond the 9-to-5

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Qualifications:
Passion for sustainable design and functional, innovative solutions.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (with 3D rendering skills).Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, with an eye for detail and composition.
Experience in preparing accurate working drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with clients and contractors.
