Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct accurate measurements of land, boundaries, and physical features.
Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, drones, and levels.
Prepare detailed maps, plats, and reports from survey data.
Establish and verify legal land boundaries for property deeds and titles.
Resolve boundary disputes and provide expert witness testimony when needed.
Inspect sites and analyze terrain, elevation, and site conditions.
Maintain accurate records of survey data, calculations, and documentation.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
