Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa Executive Officer to join our dynamic team at Maxim Study World, a leading abroad education consultancy firm
Job Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate visa applications in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa related activities and application.
Helping students to write their SOP.
Participating in events organized by agency and helping prospective event attendees.
Drafting and sending emails to communicate with universities, agencies, and other institutions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Familiarity with visa processes and regulations at both national and international levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong English speaking & communication skills are must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with content management systems and social media platforms
