Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor food quality, menu consistency, and presentation.
Handle customer feedback and complaints, and resolve any service issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain cost control, reduce wastage, and ensure profitability.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Professional certifications in food service/hospitality will be considered a plus.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
3 to 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting tools.
Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
