Job Description / Responsibility

End to end counseling to each client
Visa application Processing : Receive, review and visa applications process, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
Verify eligibility criteria and assess the validity of supporting documents
Manage end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic and International travel
Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries
Should have good experience in the Europe, UK, Canada, USA, Australia & Malaysia.
Must have experience in talking with customers about visa related issues
Expert for client handling face to face
Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately.
Verify the authenticity of documents such as passports, financial statements, and travel itineraries.
Ensure all required documents are submitted as per embassy or consulate guidelines.
Prepare cover letters, affidavits, or supporting documents if necessary.
Handle issues such as visa delays, rejections, or additional document requests.
Maintain accurate records of client applications and communications.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
