Job Description / Responsibility
  • Live Chat Handling Experience preferred
  • Must be willing to work on-site (Mirpur DOHS), no work-from-home
  • Handle prospective student inquiries for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) through live chat, Facebook, WhatsApp & phone calls.
  • Advise students on document requirements for Australian skill assessments.
  • Guide clients in creating professional resumes, declarations, and other RPL documents.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure high lead-to-conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with Australian migration experts and documentation teams (training provided).
  • 1Meet KPI targets for response time, lead conversion, and communication quality.

Educational Requirements
  • HSC in English
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 45 years
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 80 words per minute (PC & Mobile – tested in interview) 2 year contact must
  • English Fluency: Speaking: Clear pronunciation, confident voice Writing: Professional email/live chat writing skills Listening: Ability to understand and respond quickly, Otherwise no need to apply
  • Live Chat Handling Experience preferred
  • Must be willing to work on-site (Mirpur DOHS), no work-from-home
  • Special Note: Without Speaking English need not apply or CV will be rejected.
