Job Description / Responsibility
- Office Hour : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Usual)
- Working Days : Saturday to Thursday

- Job Summary:
- Global Pathway Experts Limited (GPEL), a leading overseas education consultancy firm based in Gulshan, is seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Instructor to join our growing team. As an IELTS Trainer, you will prepare aspiring students for their academic and general IELTS exams, helping them achieve their study abroad goals in the UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging IELTS classes (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing) online.
- Deliver structured lesson plans to both individual and group students.
- Assess students' performance through regular mock tests and give constructive feedback.
- Customize teaching methods based on student needs and learning styles.
- Maintain records of student progress and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and scoring patterns.
- Assist in student counseling regarding IEL TS score requirements for overseas universities.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or relevant field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Travel Agent, Coaching Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience teaching IELTS or English language courses.
- Excellent command over English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with current IELTS exam formats and assessment criteria.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-focused approach.
- IELTS Band Score 7.5+ (if applicable) is a plus.
- CELTA/TESOL certification wis a plus.
