Job Description / Responsibility
  • Fix product technical feasibility before product costing & sampling.
  • Providing clarification of Sketch/BOM & Technical sheet.
  • Applying best technique to reduce materials costing.
  • Analyzing and developing patterns, that is fit for sampling.
  • Handling all aspects of sampling process & analyzing Pilot and Bulk production.
  • Monitoring Costing Consumption to Materials booking consumption.
  • Ensuring that the samples produced are with high quality & according to the details specified.
  • Reconciling fabric & Trims after manufacturing pried & after closing order.
  • Introducing effective planning & technical integration whilst improving efficiency.
  • Working with sales team before submission of product costing.
  • Analyzing bonding, molding, ultrasonic & other technical products.
  • Maximizing the order profitability through material optimizing and provided cost effective solutions.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
