Job Description / Responsibility

Develop new buyer relationships while proving ongoing support to existing buyers.
Ensure proper execution of order according to the time and action (TNA) plan to guarantee on time shipment with the correct quality and quantity.
Accomplish Merchandising Cycle (Product Development, Price Calculations, T&A Plans, and Production, Shipment follow-up, technically sound etc).
Should independently handle all aspects of Merchandising from costing to shipment.Establish & enhance long term business relationships with customers providing superb quality service to maximize business growth of the Company.
Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.
Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
Maintain all kinds of reports as required.
Follow up with commercial on correct shipping docs, shipment advice & payment too.
Lead full merchandising team.
Any other assignment given by management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Having organizational management (Leadership) Quality.
Having entrepreneurial thinking & strategic planning quality.
Must have to have an experience work with the Buyer - (NEXT, TESCO, Monoprix)
