Job Description / Responsibility

Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand design concepts, technical packages, and sample requirements.
Develop and maintain a detailed sampling calendar and track progress of all sample stages (proto, fit, size set, pre-production, etc.).
Liaise with fabric and trim suppliers to source necessary materials for sampling, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., pattern making, cutting, sewing) and external vendors/factories for sample production.
Organize and facilitate sample review meetings with relevant teams.
Manage the sample approval process, ensuring final samples meet all requirements before production.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sample development process.
Stay updated on new sampling techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
