Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare different types of drafts i.e. case files, written statement, legal notice, letter etc.
Schedule of lawsuit by coordinating with different court law and chamber.
Participate in case hearing to support the admissibility of evidence.
Provide all case information through maintaining case diary for further process.
Provide full-fledged support to the law officer and update regarding lawsuit number, hearing date, collect all relevant supporting documents for filing.
Ensure all necessary documents are included in case files properly before submitting them to the court.
Provide documents & files at different Court & Chamber as and when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Cement Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Candidate should have membership in Dhaka Bar association.
Candidate must have 2 years experience as a practicing lawyer at lower court.
Candidate should have practical experience in Criminal and Civil case management.
Practical experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Good command over written and oral communication in English & Bengali.
