Electronic Repair Technician Intern

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on and eager-to-learn Electronic Repair Technician Intern to join our technical team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices and components under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices and equipment.
Learn to identify and replace faulty components such as capacitors, resistors, connectors, etc.
Perform basic soldering and de-soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Support in testing and calibrating electronic systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools
Help document repair processes, maintenance logs, and component usage
Keep the workspace organized and follow safety protocols
Participate in training sessions and technical discussions with senior technicians
Duration: 3–6 months (Flexible depending on academic schedule)

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Electronics, Diploma in Engineering
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 30 years
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit diagrams
Familiarity with common hand tools and measuring instruments
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team player with strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Some experience with soldering and PCB handling
Knowledge of ESD safety practices
Interest in electronics repair, maintenance, or embedded systems
