Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
o Achieve sales targets and assist staff in closing high-value deals
o Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
2. Team Leadership
o Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff
o Set individual and team performance goals
o Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
3. Showroom Operations
o Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking with inventory teams
o Ensure all products are accurately priced and tagged
4. Visual Merchandising
o Implement and maintain effective displays and layouts
o Coordinate seasonal setups, promotions, and product launches
5. Reporting & Administration
o Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports
o Handle billing, cash flow, and petty cash management
o Monitor and manage store budgets and expenses
6. Compliance & Safety
o Ensure showroom complies with all health and safety regulations
o Maintain store security and loss prevention protocols

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Bachelor Degree

Manufacturing (FMCG),Multinational Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Technical & Product Knowledge
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and billing procedures
Experience using inventory or stock management software
Strong understanding of the products relevant to the showroom (e.g., fashion, furniture, electronics,
automobiles)
Sales & Customer Focus
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
Strong negotiation and upselling abilities
