Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the training center.
Supervise staff , trainers and administrative personnel.
Coordinate the development and regular updating of training programs to meet industry standards.
Conducts regular assessments and audits to maintain high training standards.
Organize professional development and training programs for instructor.
Ensure students discipline, attendance and performance tracking.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of training equipment and infrastructure.
Maintain documents and records required by regulatory bodies.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering
