Job Description / Responsibility

User-Centered Design: Develop intuitive, user-centered designs that meet the needs of our users. Conduct user research, create user personas, and map out user journeys to inform design decisions.
Prototyping and Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Ensure designs are aligned with the product vision and user requirements.
Modern Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with modern design trends and tools. Research and implement the latest design techniques to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and visually appealing.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand technical constraints, and ensure that the final product meets both user needs and business goals.
Design System Development: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms, making it easier for the development team to implement designs efficiently.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback, iterate on designs, and continually improve the overall user experience.
Design Leadership: As our dedicated UI/UX professional, you will lead by example, setting high standards for design quality and driving the overall design strategy within the company.

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Must know about Design Principal, Colour Theory, Typography, Layout and Composition and Grid systems.
Develop user flows with FigJam or similar tools to map the whole user experience for any product to be designed
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
Proven ability to take full ownership of design projects from concept to implementation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong portfolio or design examples on platforms like Behance or Dribbble to showcase your design capabilities..
