Job Description / Responsibility

Order procurement, organizing, leading & controlling a full Merchandising Team.
Experienced in Pepco, KIABI, LIDL, OVS, Merchandising in Factory Only.
Costing analysis and set the costing.
Strong source of outsourcing producer/supplier.
Knowledge about accessories/raw materials.
Negotiation power/skill with suppliers.
To deal with independently for all the merchandising activities including price quoting, negotiation.
Keep liaison with factory for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing and order follow up etc.
Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given and obviously meet the time line.
Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time and ensure merchandisers are updating order status.
Work closely with QM to ensure best final product.
Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
Keep close liaison with Suppliers for any update of the production.
Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
If any.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
