Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible to ensure all quality system & requirements according to the RQS requirements and company’s quality standards.
- To know & understand company’s Quality Policy and follow/relate it with daily work.
- Fulfill QS requirements.
- Ensuring bulk production which complies with H&M standards.
- Responsible for all types of inspection (initial to final) for H&M products.
- Confirm no stop order in H&M products.
- Responsible for internal evaluation of NQC and train accordingly.
- Develop yearly training schedule and execute accordingly for all the concern person.
- Responsible for provide approval of shade for H&M goods.
- Ensuring of button pull test & nickel test.
- Conducting pre-production meeting for H&M & maintain records for every new design
- Secure competence of the NQC team and develop for the nomination from H&M.
- Responsible of muck-up kept.
- Obey and implement the instruction of the senior officials & head of the department.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA / MBA / B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University with good academic results.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- 3-5 yrs. working experience in the same post.
- Experience in Garments Manufacturing (Quality & Production).
- Knowledge of International Quality Standards, QMS 2015 & ISO standards on Quality.
- Fluent in spoken & written English & Bangla. Proficient in e-mail communication.
- Good presentation skills, good team player, amicable, and willing to train team members.
