Job Description / Responsibility
- Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
- Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & Security issues.
- Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security system.
- Develop and update the security system to maintain a safe work environment.
- To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises.
- Effective execution of administrative functions.
- Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner. Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
- Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
- To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office premises.
- To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
- Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
- To lead, appraise and train the security personnel and follow up on the third party's security service deployed in different posts.
- To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management time to time.
- To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
- The applicants should have work experience in RMG industry and security service provider handling with large number of security personnel.
- Have to take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIPPreventing and defecting offense on site and monitor the CCTV camera systems.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates,
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

- Has to be smart, energetic and enthusiastic.
