Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead, coach and manage a team of local business analysts and application analysts, ensuring workload for support, projects and initiatives is well prioritized and distributed fairly.
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Manufacturing application systems, working closely with the other IT departments on various projects and initiatives, as well as day-to-day support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Manufacturing application processes and systems in coordination with Managers and BAs.
- Manage administrative tasks for the team, such as timesheet approval, yearly objective settings and reviews, and report regular status to Manager.
- Act as a liaison between the Bangladesh Manufacturing/ Procurement/ Planning users and IT, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support and drive Manufacturing best practices and standards established by Gildan
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies
