Job Description / Responsibility
- Administrative tasks: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing office supplies and equipment, and handling emails and texts.
- Communication: Communicating with clients and stakeholders, and responding to their inquiries.
- Strategic planning: Contributing to the organization's strategic planning and first level decision-making process.
- Advising: Acting as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior leadership.
- Managing priorities: Managing competing priorities and navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
- Reporting: Preparing time to time reports for management for reviewing.
- Process improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them
- Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Performance metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,University of Chittagong,BRAC University,Khulna University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Trading or Export/Import, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Developer
