Job Description / Responsibility

Monitor proper housekeeping of floor including all time general cleanliness.
Take special care for good housekeeping and healthy environment before buyer visit/audit.
Oversee & ensure safety and security of factory assets, logistics and transportation.
Check fire extinguishers in a daily manner and take necessary initiative if required.
Ensure that the emergency doors and stairs are clear of any blocks.
Arrange for guests/ buyers entertainment.
Collect and Check night bills and disversment through cash payment accordingly.
Prepare gate pass, challan, voucher etc.
Arrange transportation for sick employees to go the Hospital.
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning and etc.)
Maintain Hospitality Management like BD canteen, transportation, dormitory management and etc.
Support compliance team to face audit and collaborate with external auditors when needed.
Familiarity with industry practices and professional compliance standards.
Arrange protocol for higher official delegates including arrangement of their accommodation, foods, transport and other logistic supports.
Supervise the canteen, dormitory, transport facilities of the company.
Look after security, safety and cleanliness of the factory and office indoor, outdoors.
Arrange meeting, seminar, workshops and event management programs.
Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time

Educational Requirements

Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
Should have very good command in English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
Knowledge on human behavior & Ethics
