Job Description / Responsibility
- Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (A concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brands retailer in Bangladesh with brands like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men and Women.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Plan and Produce Content: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Visual Storytelling: Create eye-catching visuals, videos, and reels that align with our brand identity.
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in posting and campaign alignment.
- Platform Management:
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build and maintain a strong relationship with followers.
- Analytics Monitoring: Track key performance metrics to measure the success of content and inform future strategies.
- Collaborative Projects:
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overall branding and campaign goals.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to boost reach and engagement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Retail Store, Garments, Buying House, Boutique/ Fashion
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a social media content creator or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work on various social platform.
- Creative Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.·
- Strong photography and videography skills, including basic editing.·
- Knowledge of social media trends, memes, and viral content.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and copy.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to fit different platforms and audiences.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Meta business manager and Ads manager·
- Ability to create and run successful Ads campaigns in Meta.·
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Passion:
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and staying ahead of digital trends.
