Job Description / Responsibility
- Social Media Management:
- Create and post engaging content on Facebook, TikTok to promote hospital services like LASIK and cataract surgeries.
- Run targeted ad campaigns to attract patients.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Content Creation:
- Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional materials using tools like Canva.
- Share patient success stories and hospital achievements.
- Campaign Planning:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for special offers and new services.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Patient Engagement:
- Develop ideas to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct online surveys and use feedback to improve services.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Suggest creative ideas to increase patient numbers and boost revenue.
- Research market trends and competitors to keep the hospital ahead.
- Basic Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and keep track of budgets.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telecommunication, Advertising Agency, Public Relation Companies, Market Research Firms, Hospital, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Web Media/Blog, E-commerce Startup, Online Retail Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Professional Certification (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Facebook Blueprint Certification (Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate)Google Ads Certification HubSpot Content Marketing Certification Canva/Graphic Design Certification (Basic design skills for content creation)Training (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Digital Marketing Training from a recognized institute (e.g., BASIS, Google Digital Garage, Udemy, Coursera).
- Social Media Management & Advertising Training SEO & Content Marketing Training
- Other Preferences: Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical marketing is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on the feet for administrative tasks.
