Job Description / Responsibility
- This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to provide insights and strategic recommendations that drive business decisions in the apparel industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather relevant data from various sources, including market reports, industry publications, and consumer surveys.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the apparel sector.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze fashion trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
- Management Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Senior Management summarizing research findings and insights and providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Forecasting: Develop forecasts and predictive models to anticipate market changes and consumer demand.
- Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate findings.
- Industry Networking: Stay updated with industry news and developments by attending conferences, webinars, and networking events.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics
- IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,University of Dhaka,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 33 years
- Previous experience in strategy, corporate planning, market research, data analysis, or in related fields.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- In-depth understanding of the apparel industry, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and fashion trends.
