Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and system security.
- Resolve technical issues related to LAN, WAN, wireless, and other network systems.Manage and administer network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Manage and maintain administrative security compliance tools, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Endpoint Security Systems.
- Implement, configure, and maintain IT network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, IPSec, and SD-WAN.Administer and maintain corporate email systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot email delivery issues, latency, and blacklisting problems.
- Configure and manage VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection to ensure network security.Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve IT-related issues.Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Administer DNS and Active Directory environments, including user creation, deletion, modification, and implementation of various group policies.
- Support the management of Windows/Linux-based servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud environments.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of printers, scanners, CCTV systems, PBX, IP phones, and attendance devices.
- Manage backup solutions for laptops, desktops, and servers to prevent data loss.Assist users in accessing shared data and optimizing storage management.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure their proper usage.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address system-related queries effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or training (e.g., CCNA, MTCNA, RHCSA) are a plus
- Skills & Competencies Required:
- Network & Network Security: NGFW, Routing, Switching, Load Balancing, IPSec, Tunneling, VPN, OSPF, VLAN, RSTP, etc. (Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik).
- System Administration: Microsoft Outlook, Postfix or other mail systems, Active Directory (AD), Virtualization, NAS.
- Cybersecurity: IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, EPP/EDR, Anti-spam (CrowdStrike, Sophos, Barracuda).
