Job Description / Responsibility

Orbund is a reputed Multinational Company which focuses on providing Education Management Solutions primarily to higher education. Headquartered in Kansas, USA, Orbund has been providing education management solutions for over 17 years. The Orbund Student Information System is being used by more than 250 higher educational institutions globally. In this cross functional role you will be working from Orbund's Dhaka Office alongside with our Development and Testing teams.
Work as a Java developer with strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, JSP, JQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and MySQL.
Will be required to work in any phase of the software product life cycle.
Work seamlessly in a team collaborating with other programmers and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Self-motivated and hard-working.
Maintain a strong work ethic and professionalism.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 50 years
Knowledge of Angular, Python Programming, Spring/Hibernate frameworks and JIRA, Git and Github would be a plus.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies using Java & J2EE are required.
A good understanding of Agile, Scrum and Software Development Process.
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and able to quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks, and tools.
