Job Description / Responsibility

A personal secretary is required for the CEO. Who is hard working and self motivated person. It is a real estate company. Opportunity to work in our company for honest, confident, smart, young, professional and energetic female employees. Email CV with photo. Details are below:
Personal Secretary Job Duties:
Arrangements will be made to deliver official documents to various locations by post or in person.
The management of the company will follow various guidelines of the management.
Accompanying on visits to Dhaka or outside Dhaka.
Screening phone call inquiries and requests and handling them as appropriate.
Assuming some of the responsibilities of a CEO and working more closely with management.
Answering phone calls.
Talking or messaging in audio calls.
Managing and assisting the CEO in day-to-day operations.
Taking office status in the absence of the CEO.
Other activities based on need.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Web Media/Blog
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
