Job Description / Responsibility

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
Guide patients through the test preparation process
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
Generate and process patient bills accurately and efficiently.
Collect and process patient payments, including cash, credit card, and online transactions.
Assure that patient information records are appropriately filled.
Record payments received to appropriate log.
Post payments received to appropriate patient's account.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in a medical office or hospital environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology
Strong knowledge of about Billing & Front Desk system.
Computer & Software operating mandatory
