Job Description / Responsibility
  • As a Reservation Officer responsibilities include:
  • OTA Management
  • Ticket Booking, Issuance, Cancellation, Refund, and Reissue
  • Customer Invoicing and Email Communication
  • Maintaining and Updating Passenger Records
  • Handling e-Services
  • Office Location: Kapasia Toke Road, Amraid Kapasia, Gazipur

Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Travel Agent, Travel Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum 2 years experience in OTA platform and GDS
  • Effective email communication with multiple parties.
  • Processing refunds, cancellations, and bookings as needed.
  • Maintaining client records and efficiently managing booking systems.
  • Must be available for in-office work; remote work is not an option
