Job Description / Responsibility
- “Renssoft Solutions Ltd." is a healthcare start-up founded in 2017 with a vision to digitize the health sector of Bangladesh. The company owns its flagship product Digital RX, a prescription writing software that enables doctors to write a prescription within just a few clicks and also manage their medical practice digitally. The company also provides online consultation services for specialized and selective industry leading Doctors to the patients through its platform called Doctorkoi.com. Together, the company aims to digitize the communications between doctors & patients & impose technology where it's needed the most, the entire Healthcare ecosystem of Bangladesh.
- Handle query management for company-assigned pages on social media and other digital platforms.
- Manage digital queries and enhance engagement to drive customer interactions.
- Prepare query engagement reports to track performance and ROI.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Make instant calls to potential clients to convert queries into appointments.
- Manage customer communication effectively via call center numbers, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships to improve retention.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize customer engagement strategies.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing major will get preference).
- Certificate in Digital Marketing Course will be preferable.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in Community Management, preferably in a Software Company or Firm will get preference.
- Prior knowledge and experience in timely query management and push for conversion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Bangla & English).
- Able to understand customer queries and answer accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Prior experience in timely query management and conversion tracking.
