To strengthen our internal workflow and data processes, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing company documentation, vehicle listings, data entry, and supporting the marketing and finance teams. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to the daily operations of a car dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all types of internal and external documents.
Perform accurate data entry related to vehicles, accounts, and finance.
Publish and update vehicle listings across various platforms.
Assist in boosting vehicle advertisements on social media and online marketplaces.
Support the operations team with tasks tied to accounting, vehicle inventory, and internal reporting.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 28 years
Previous experience in data entry, admin, or operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Familiarity with basic financial/accounting documentation is a plus.
Comfortable working with online platforms and tools for vehicle publishing and ad management.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
