Job Description / Responsibility

Loan Collection: Collect overdue loans from customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment plans to ensure timely repayment.
Data Management: Accurately update customer records and loan data in our database.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on loan collection activities to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Credit, Risk, and Operations, to ensure effective loan collection and customer service

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
