Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a Client and Vendor Coordinator to act as the key point of contact between our clients and vendor network.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and vendors.
Have to manage communication through phone calls, texts, and emails, ensuring everyone is on the same pace.
Interacting with clients and vendors regularly to keep everyone informed and on track. Coordinate and assign work orders to vendors, ensuring timely completion.
Monitor work progress and follow up with vendors to meet deadlines.
Ensure all property preservation services comply with client guidelines and industry regulations.
Review and verify work orders, invoices, and supporting documents before submission.
Resolve issues related to vendor performance, client requests, and work order discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of communications, orders, and reports.
Assist in vendor on boarding, training, and contract management.
Enter data into property preservation software and maintain up-to-date records.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Prior experience in property preservation is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in using property preservation software (e.g., PPW)
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and preservation guidelines.
