Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Assist clients with booking travel packages, hotels, and other services.
Promote and upsell travel packages to potential customers.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Fresh graduates & Bachelor’s students currently pursuing their degree are also allowed to apply

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 29 years
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing—preferably in the travel & tourism industry—will be an advantage
Strong indoor sales and marketing skills to drive business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Problem-solving abilities and patience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
