Job Description / Responsibility

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our company or service using scripts.
Answer questions about company policy or the company's terms & Conditions.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibility.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and property enlisting.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Keep records of calls and prospects and note useful information.
Proven track record of successfully meeting Inventory quota preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft office) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about companies and services and describe/explain them to customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Must be fluent, Smart, Energetic & Presentable (Dedicated to working).

Bachelor/Honors

Age 22 to 28 years
Should have good knowledge of MS Office·
Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English·
Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
Must have multiple tasking abilities·
The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer·
Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges·
Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and target oriented.
