Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Lead Generation & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also identifying and generating potential sales leads. This dual-role position requires strong communication skills and a knack for sales.
- Identify potential clients through online research, social media,databases & digital marketing.
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Continuously update knowledge on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, image, and video) tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Co-ordinate with other department to understand their social media requirement
